By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any service from LS Web Hosting LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
LS Web Hosting LTD agrees to provide cloud hosting, shared hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers as configured upon purchase. We guarantee a 99.99% network and hypervisor availability SLA for all active hosting services, excluding pre-announced routine maintenance.
All new shared, WordPress, and reseller hosting accounts are backed by our full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the initial 30 calendar days from service commencement, you may request a 100% refund of hosting fees. Domain registrations, dedicated IP addresses, and custom bare-metal servers are non-refundable.
Customers may not use the services for any unlawful activities under UK and International law, including but not limited to hosting malware, unauthorized port scanning, sending unsolicited commercial email (spam), phishing, or hosting copyright-infringing material. Violations of this policy will result in immediate suspension without refund.
All recurring fees are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually). Payments can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer. Invoices are generated 7 days prior to renewal dates.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
